Processing Time

All lamps are made to order. Please allow 8 to 15 business days for your piece to be crafted before it is shipped. During periods of high demand, processing times may extend to 20 to 30 business days or more. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 3 to 6 business days | United Kingdom: 3 to 6 business days | Europe: 5 to 10 business days | Rest of World: 7 to 15 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and local postal services. During peak periods such as holidays or product launches, total delivery time from order to doorstep may exceed 4 to 6 weeks.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sashagwen77@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at your choice.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Gwen Resins is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
